We all want to be successful. We all want to be healthy and fit so we feel and look great. What is holding you back?
1: Fear
More often then not, fear holds us back. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of others judging us, you name it, we are or have experienced the fear that debilitates us and keeps us from success.
2: Laziness
Most people want to have more success in life, health and fitness but they don’t want to actually work for it. You can see it every day, people put comfort before results and that is definitely going to hold you back.
3: Overreaching
In this case, overreaching is when you set your goals so high that they are nearly impossible to achieve. We tend to focus on perfection, rather than the progress that we are making and sometimes we forget our small successes. Remember that success is a journey, not a destination!
4: Judgment/Self-Consciousness
What can I say? Stop it. We judge ourselves more harshly than others judge us yet we are afraid of what others might think of us. Be nice to yourself and to others. If you can’t quit comparing yourself to others you will never succeed.
Combat all this by coming to small group training on M/W/F from 6 am to 7 am. You won’t be sorry.
