Myofascial release Foam Roller
Foam rolling is a technique that can be used to promote self-myofascial release, which may help reduce or eliminate trigger points in the muscles which cause pain and reduced flexibility. I hold a certification in this technique and I guide my clients to help them learn how to use the Foam Roller to apply self-myofascial release.
