Private, semi-private and small group personal training Programs
With all my training programs I endeavor to incorporate strength and endurance training with a variety of equipment such as Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX and Bodyweight. I also include balance and Core work utilizing the Ballet Barre and Pilates training both mat and The “Springboard Tower”. Additionally I also include Myofascial release training and stretching throughout the sessions.

Private Pilates Reformer Training Programs
The benefits of Pilates training include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘Core muscles’ of your body). Private Structural assessment and Corrective Exercise Training Program
Through structural assessment we can look at the root cause of chronic or intermittent pain, and thereby design a corrective exercise program with the long term goal of movement without or with less pain. Functional, Balance and Mobility Training for Older Populations Program
Functional Training in its simplest term is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities you perform in your daily life. When it comes to functional aging, it is important to apply specificity, balance and mobility in order to keep and improve quality of life for the long term. That is what I help my older population to achieve based on my Functional Aging Specialist certification.
