During the 3-6 month Transformation Health Coaching sessions you will learn to:
- Set and accomplish progressive and personal goals

Private, semi-private and small group personal training Programs
With all my training programs I endeavor to incorporate strength and endurance training with a variety of equipment such as Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX and Bodyweight. I also include balance and core conditioning utilizing the Ballet Barre and Pilates training both mat and the Springboard Tower. Additionally, I include Myofascial release training and stretching throughout the sessions.
Private, Semi-private and Small Group Training Costs: $50- $65 per 60-minute private session / $25-$35 per 30-minute private session / $25-$30 per person per semi-private and small group training session

Private Pilates Reformer Training Programs
The benefits of Pilates training include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘Core muscles’ of your body). Balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, with enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs. With my guidance on the reformer, I will help you feel the difference in 20 sessions!

Private Structural assessment and Corrective Exercise Training Program
Through structural assessment, we can look at the root cause of chronic or intermittent pain, and thereby design a corrective exercise program with the long term goal of movement without or with less pain. The design and implication of this program is from the BioMechanics Method of Corrective Exercise Certification by Justin Price.
Structural Assessment and Corrective Exercise Package Cost: $600 for a 4-week program / $840 for a 6-week program
Functional, Balance and Mobility Training for Older Populations Program
Functional Training in its simplest term is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities you perform in your daily life. When it comes to functional aging, it is important to apply specificity, balance, and mobility in order to keep and improve the quality of life for the long term. That is what I help my older population achieve based on my Functional Aging Specialist certification.
Functional Aging Program Cost: $720 for a 6-week program / $800 for an 8-week program
